Thursday, January 16th

American Legion Post 136-- Serving Gyros or Turkey, Bacon & Ranch Flat Bread, 11 AM;  Wings & Egg Rolls, 5 PM-7 PM.  Come join in the fun with Karaoke and Jim Anderson, 6:30-9:30 PM

Bert's Bar & Grill--Presenting Deb and the Dynamics, 7 PM. 

Island Grill -Thursday Special:  $1.50 drafts and $.60 wings.

Pine Island Garden Club - Featured speaker, Mary Ann Parsons, Lee County Master Gardener.  Meeting held at Fishers of Men Lutheran Church, 9 AM.

Tarpon Lodge - Dave Lapio, 6-9 PM.  Dave's progression from piano to steel drum has produced his very own blend as a "pan" player.  Feel the pulse, move to the beat...a tropical night full of flavor.

 

Friday, January 17th

American Legion Post 136 - Serving Burgers & Chips from 11 am to 1:45 PM.  Paul Cottrell, 12 pm to 2 pm. Chicken, Fish, Ribs & Shrimp Baskets 5 pm to 7 PM. Last Resort from 6:30 to 9:30 PM.

Bert's Bar & Grill - Live Entertainment at 7:30 PM.

Calusa Heritage Trail - Guided tours, 10 AM and 1 PM.

Island Grill - Friday Special - All-You-Can-Eat fried fish for $9.95.

Miceli's Restaurant - Presenting Backlash, 6-10 PM.

Tarpon Lodge - Presenting Michael Moore-Kelly, 6-9 PM.  Michael has an interestingly fluid technique.  He "caresses" the piano keys to get the most out of his hands with the least exertion; always most impressive.  Ear candy, to be sure.
